The overall goal of the project is to develop high performance materials assemblies of electrodes and electrolytes that are easy to synthesize, safe, non-toxic, long-lasting and cheap in order to achieve a fully functional and ready to use Na-ion battery (aqueous and organic electrolytes) targeted specifically for large-scale stationary storage, at ambient temperature.
NRN141 - Flowback of proppant materials
The project aims to bridge the gap between fundamental physics and applied engineering by uncovering the physical mechanisms that lead to failure of proppant packings, and to apply the gained insight into improving flowback control with new advanced proppant materials.
